Nohea at Mauna Lani Update April 2019
The finishing touches including interior cabinetry, elaborate hardwood trim, hardwood floors and hand troweled, Old World stucco exteriors are being installed in our 3 homes in Nohea at Mauna Lani. Interior paint is finished also which means we are on track to complete these homes in the next few months. These homes start at $2.79m which make them the lowest priced single family offerings in Mauna Lani at this time. These homes—not condominiums—are resort quality with 4 bedrooms and 4 full, bathrooms, Chef’s kitchens with Wolf and Subzero appliances, saltwater pools and spas and plenty of hardwood trim and other luxury extras to make this an incredible place to come home to in “paradise”. Nohea is pet-friendly and allows vacation rentals of 7 days or more. Coupled with Nohea’s beautiful recreation center and exercise hale, the community is second to none within the Mauna Lani Resort and Kohala Coast. Give me a call to schedule a tour soon.
Each home features a double courtyard plan allowing maximum light and air distribution throughout the home including the guest suites. The main living area features sliding pocketing doors that open to a large lanai and pool with 6 person, jetted spa. The master suite includes separate tub and shower with porcelain tile and walk in closet. A 4th full bathroom is located near a “flex space” that can be used for a private, media room or a sleeping area as it features a hidden, queen size Zoom Room (http://www.zoom-room.com/zoom-bed-murphy-beds) bed-check out the link.
Nohea is a 15 acre community featuring a recreation center conveniently located within the resort very near the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows. The recreation enter includes its own salt water pool, BBQ pavilions and exercise hale with Life Fitness equipment. Owners and their guests are invited to use the owner’s hale for parties and events anytime. Nohea allows owners to vacation rent their properties for one week or more if they choose and is per friendly.
I will continue to update my blog post for further construction details and renderings as I have those available.
