We just put into escrow lots 5, 7, 8, 12, 15, 16, and 17. We released 11 lots within our Nohea at Mauna Lani community-direct to buyers from the developer. Lot prices range from $500,000 to $750,000 with the remaining being lots 2, 3 and 4.

Lots 2 and 3 can be combined to make an estate sized lot or be developed into 2 homes that compliment each other by the same or different owners. Because of the shape of lots 2 and 3, these lots are offered as a package so that the buyer may choose to combine the lots for one, pod-style home or reserve one lot, un-developed for privacy. Lot ownership includes use of the private, Mauna Lani Beach Club located at Makaiwa Bay and exclusive use of the Nohea at Mauna Lani Community Center. Nohea’s community center includes a fully equipped exercise pavilion, 2-BBQ pavilions and an Owner’s Hale with fully equipped kitchen for special get togethers.

Nohea is located near the Auberge hotel and their Tennis and Fitness facility which owners can join for additional fees. Walk to the beach and ponds through the paved trail system nearby for an historic look into Hawaiian’s inhabitation of these lands in centuries past. Nohea is located near The Shops at Mauna Lani with Foodland Farms and many other businesses for owner’s convenience.

All lots include Propane Gas, electricity, phone and cable. County water is also available to each lot providing the lowest cost water resource on the island. All lots are are level and ready to build. Building plans are subject to Nohea at Mauna Lani design guidelines and Mauna Lani Resort Design review.
