Kings’ Shops at Waikoloa Beach Resort
The Kings’ Shops at Waikoloa Beach Resort is receiving some well-timed renovations to retain and attract successful business brands serving the resort community from its new owners. In 2024, Kings’ Shops sold for $42.4 million after foreclosure by I-Star to a consortium of owners including PacificRetail Capital Partners, Starwood Property Trust and Taconic Capital Advisors LP.
The retail center is making these long-term improvements to enhance the shopping and dining experiences for our island’s visitors. Current retail tenants are also participating in renovations and expansions during this period. Present tenants include, Tommy Bahama, Lululemon, Tiffany & Co., Martin & MacArthur, TravisMatthew, Coconene, as well as Roy Yamaguchi’s restaurant, Roy’s.
Exteriors, walkways and landscape areas are seeing upgrades, as well. The Kings’ Shops retail and dining businesses will remain open and fully available during this renovation with completion targeted this winter 2025.
