I just sold and closed Villages at Mauna Lani #603 to my buyer client from St. Louis! My client was initially interested in one of my other listings in Kulalani at Mauna Lani but through their due diligence including many questions, decided The Villages offered a great value for the amount of quality square footage and community amenities in comparison. The buyer found the large bedrooms with en-suite baths, large great room with views to the spacious lanai and outdoor kitchen were really the features that added value and sealed the deal.

They also mentioned that they found my vast knowledge of the community very helpful and assuring during their search process as they initially did not consider The Villages as a choice. We are one of the few original owners left in our community of 130 units and as past president of The Villages AOAO, I was able to answer the most minute questions regarding our beautiful community. Every community including The Villages has nuanced and obvious advantages and disadvantages depending on the buyer’s “needs and wants”.
